Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

FinSecureTech provides custom web development services including but not limited to:

• Custom calculators (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
• Industry software (PHP/MySQL)
• Website development (HTML/CSS/JS, PHP)
• Lead management systems and CRM solutions
• Technical consulting and maintenance services

2. Payment Terms

One-time Projects: 50% advance payment required before work begins. Remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final delivery of source code.

Monthly Maintenance: Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month. Payment due within 14 days.

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or as otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Delivery & Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in writing before project commencement:

• Custom Calculator: 3-7 business days
• Industry Software: 7-14 business days
• Website Development: 5-10 business days
• Complete Bundle: 10-14 business days

Delays may occur due to client feedback response times or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any delays promptly.

4. Intellectual Property & Source Code Ownership

You own the code. Upon full payment, the client receives exclusive ownership of all custom-developed source code. FinSecureTech retains no rights to use, sell, or distribute the code to third parties.

Exceptions: Any third-party libraries, frameworks, or open-source components used remain under their respective licenses. We will disclose these in project documentation.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide clear, detailed requirements before development begins
• Respond to questions and feedback requests within 3 business days
• Provide access to necessary accounts (hosting, APIs, etc.) when required
• Test deliverables promptly and report issues within 7 days of delivery

6. Revisions & Change Requests

Included: Minor revisions within 30 days of final delivery for no additional cost. Minor revisions include bug fixes, small text changes, and basic styling adjustments.

Not Included: Major feature additions, significant design changes, or scope expansion require a separate quote. Hourly rate applies for out-of-scope work.

7. Refund Policy

We stand behind our work. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• 14-day money-back guarantee: If we fail to deliver as promised, you may request a full refund of your advance payment.
• Partial refunds: If project is canceled after work has begun but before completion, refund amount is prorated based on work completed.
• No refunds: After final source code delivery and acceptance, no refunds are issued.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

FinSecureTech warrants that custom-developed code will function as described in the project requirements for 30 days after delivery. We will fix any bugs or functional issues at no cost during this period.

Disclaimer: Our calculators and tools provide estimates only. For legal, medical, or financial decisions, consult a qualified professional. We are not liable for decisions made based on our tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinSecureTech's liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the project. This includes business processes, client data, pricing, and proprietary code. We are happy to sign an NDA upon request.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client pays for all work completed up to termination date
• FinSecureTech delivers all completed work products
• Unused advance payments are refunded

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Clients with active projects will be notified of significant changes. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance.
